About Us

Joe Popson

Founder & Head Literary Agent, Popson Productions

Joe Popson is the Founder and Head Literary Agent of Popson Productions, where his passion for championing playwrights and new voices in the theatre drives everything he does. A proud graduate of Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Theatre Arts, Joe combines a lifelong love of the stage with a sharp understanding of both the creative and business sides of the industry.

Since founding Popson Productions, Joe has focused on building a thoughtful and growing roster of playwrights whose work reflects authenticity, imagination, and theatricality. His approach is rooted in collaboration, advocacy, and a deep respect for the craft of storytelling.

Joe is a proud member of Actors’ Equity Association (since 2011), a Business Member of the Dramatists Guild of America, and a full member of the Association of American Literary Agents. Guided by the belief that every great play begins with a powerful voice, he continues to nurture emerging talent and connect exceptional stories with the stages they deserve.

Tiffany Popson

Co-Founder & Literary Agent, Popson Productions

Tiffany Popson holds a B.S. in Communications and Theatre from West Liberty University and a Master of Fine Arts in Acting from The Actors Studio Drama School in New York City.

As Co-Founder and Literary Agent at Popson Productions, Tiffany brings a deep understanding of storytelling, emotional truth, and collaboration to her work with playwrights and creators. Drawing on her background as both performer and educator, Tiffany connects meaningfully with writers and advocates for their artistic growth.

Tiffany is especially passionate about supporting and representing female voices in theatre, championing stories that highlight authenticity, strength, and diverse perspectives. Through her work at Popson Productions, Tiffany continues to help writers bring their most honest and human stories to the stage and screen. Tiffany believes deeply in the transformative power of storytelling and is dedicated to fostering an agency culture built on integrity, empathy, and artistic excellence.
