About Us

Joe Popson

Founder & Literary Agent

Joe Popson is Founder and Literary Agent at Popson Productions, where he champions playwrights and new voices in the theatre with a passion for both artistic integrity and long-term career development. A proud graduate of Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Theatre Arts, Joe brings a lifelong love of the stage together with a sharp understanding of the creative and business sides of the industry.

As Founder of Popson Productions, Joe has helped build a thoughtful and growing roster of writers whose work reflects authenticity, imagination, and theatricality. His approach is rooted in collaboration, advocacy, and a deep respect for the craft of storytelling, working closely with clients to cultivate meaningful opportunities and lasting partnerships.

Joe is a proud Business Member of the Dramatists Guild of America, a full member of the Association of American Literary Agents, and an active member of Actors’ Equity Association. Guided by the belief that every great play begins with a powerful voice, he is committed to connecting exceptional stories with the stages and audiences they deserve.

Tiffany Popson

Co-Founder & Literary Agent

Tiffany Popson is Co-Founder and Literary Agent at Popson Productions. She holds a B.S. in Communications and Theatre from West Liberty University and a Master of Fine Arts in Acting from The Actors Studio Drama School in New York City.

As Co-Founder, Tiffany brings a deep understanding of storytelling, emotional truth, and collaboration to her work with playwrights and creators. Grounded in her experience as a performer and in sales and marketing, she approaches representation with both artistic sensitivity and business acumen, working closely with writers to cultivate their development, confidence, and sustainable careers.

Tiffany is especially passionate about championing female voices in theatre and supporting stories that foreground authenticity, strength, and diverse perspectives. Her work is rooted in building long-term creative partnerships grounded in trust, integrity, and mutual respect, helping writers bring their most honest stories to stage and screen. Guided by belief in the transformative power of storytelling, she is committed to fostering an agency culture defined by empathy, artistic excellence, and collaboration.
