With over 30 years of combined theatre experience, Joe and Tiffany lead Popson Productions with a focus on dramatic rights and literary representation. They advocate for playwrights and champion new works through every stage of development, while also bringing their expertise as directors, coaches, and educators to build confidence, collaboration, and joy across the theatre community.

Dramatic Rights Representation

Led by Joe Popson — Dramatic Rights Representative — Popson Productions advocates for playwrights, submits to theatres and festivals, and guides scripts from first inquiry to production.

What We Do

• Submit and advocate for plays with theatres, festivals, and producers
• Manage and track inquiries, readings, and production interest
• Engage with artistic leadership and literary departments on behalf of playwrights
• Support contract negotiations in partnership with the playwright and their counsel

Acting Coaching

Led by Tiffany Popson — director, educator, and acting coach — our one-on-one coaching supports student and adult performers with practical, confidence-building tools for auditions and roles. Sessions are individualized and outcome‑focused.

• Cold reads & sides, callback strategy, and note-taking skills

• Scene work coaching — objectives, obstacles, tactics, beats, and moment‑to‑moment listening
• Confidence & presence for the room and the stage
